We have been selling clock Parts by Mail order for over 30 yrs.
Ordering online is the most economical way to place an order. We are also available to take phone orders.
When you order from us you have the peace of mind that you will be sent good quality clock parts and that they will be packed securely.
Most Orders are sent by signature required E-parcel or Aramex Couriers.
Sometimes the best option for shipping your order is an Express Post or Standard post bag, if this is the case no signature will be required.
If you would like your parcel to be "Left in a safe spot" if you are not home when the postie/ courier attempts delivery - please indicate this in the notes section during checkout.
Payment Opions
Payment may be made online by Paypal or Secure Credit Card payment ( this will direct you to the Westpac Bank Secure Payment portal). We don't see your credit card details.
There is also a phone for payment details option - If you would like to pay via Credit card over the phone, Direct Deposit or you are a school and need a quote, please use this option when checking out.
Online orders attact flat rate shipping
- Orders under $20 are $10 shipping
- Orders over $20 are $12.50 Shipping
- Orders to NZ & Norfolk Island* $20. (*Norfolk Island orders are sent via Express post)
Note: Mechanical Clock kits and Resin are not included in the above postage rates.
Our aim is to process online orders ASAP and the majority of orders are shipped by the follwing business day.
Most orders to WA, TAS, SA, NT and remote areas are sent via Express post and also use Aramex Couriers or E-Parcel.
Phone Orders
Yes we will take your order over the phone. Phone orders sometimes attract higher shipping costs - we charge the actual shipping cost if the postage cost is over our usual rates.

Why does the shipping seem so expensive for a small order?
It is expensive to send parcels in Australia. Clock parts are fragile and need to be sent in boxes with plenty of protective packing material* - which we must purchase.
Finally Paypal & Westpac charge quite hefty fees for completing payment transactions.
