Shipment is via – Australia Post or courier… we reserve the right to send your parcel via the most suitable option – if you have a strong preference for a certain delivery method, please inform us at the time of ordering and we will do our best to meet your request. Is available for collection from LMTCC 5/ 29 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads 4220 during business hours - we will contact you when your order is ready for collection.
All orders must be paid for before they leave the store.
We understand that many customers prefer to order via the phone. We will do our best to assist you. At times this may mean that we will have to phone or email you back.
Firstly, please choose carefully.
We do not automatically offer returns if you change your mind or have ordered the wrong thing.
We are available to assist you - if you need assistance placing your order.
Each clock part is carefully checked & tested prior to shipping.
Clock parts are sensitive and delicate – we like to supply each customer with new unused stock that has not been 'fiddled' with by a previous customer.
But we will try to sort out a suitable solution to the problem.
It is your responsibility to contact us ASAP if you have a problem with your order, and we will do our best to assist you and resolve the problem ASAP.
Clock parts are covered by warranty for manufacturing faults.
Clocks are not covered for customer misuse so please remember to read and follow the instructions.
All Postage costs are at the customer’s expense. A restocking fee may apply.
