Order Methods

• 24-hour secure online shopping via our shopping cart
• Phone, fax or email orders are  welcome. 
  
• The answering machine is left on  A/H  so if you  leave a message  I will call you back.
  
• Business hours: 9.00am - 4.00pm   MON - THURS
•                          9.30am -3.00pm   FRIDAY  ( sometimes I leave a little earlier on Fridays  if all the orders are packed)

Shipping methods

• All orders are processed ASAP, so usually ship the same day
• Parcels are sent by Australia Post
• Most orders are sent Express or Registered Post so that they arrive as fast and as safely as possible
• International shipping available at Australia Post rates

• Orders up to 500g (500gm Australia Post Express Bag, $8.50
• Orders up to 3kg (3kg Australia Post Express Bag, $12.50
• Orders up to 3kg bulky (3kg Jumbo Australia Post Express Bag, $16)
• Orders up to 5kg (5kg Australia Post Express Bag, $20)
• Valuable and/or bulky orders are sent by Registered Post
• N.B. The total of your order may not show the correct postage costs. You will be charged the applicable rate for the  size and value of your parcel. If in doubt, just ask.
